A Day in Clehonger C of E Primary School
Learning from 8.45 – 3.15pm Everyday
32 & 1/2 hours every week!
Gates open at 8.40am to welcome children onsite.
Activities and learning begin immediately, so all children should arrive promptly to school.
Classes will either begin with a Maths or Literacy lesson until breaktime.
Breaktime : 10.45 – 11.00am
Classes will continue with Maths or Literacy lessons until Lunchtime.
Lunchtime : 12.15 – 1.15pm
Afternoons in Clehonger are different each day. They include our creative lessons such as PE, science, geography, history, arts, computing, outdoor learning or music.
Every class ends their day with Reading at 3.00pm
The gates are open from 3.10pm for parents and carers to collect their child from the playground.
3.15pm Home time
*Collective Worship takes place at different times daily. It may be whole school worship in the hall, keystages or based in the classroom led by an online link or the class teacher.
